Hospice of North Carolina is GROWING! We are hiring a full-time Compassionate Medical Social Worker (MSW) to provide hospice social services in and around the Murphy Area! Hospice of North Carolina is currently hiring PRN Compassionate Hospice Aides (CNAs) to provide patient care in and around the Murphy Area!    Our Hospice Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) work under the supervision of a registered nurse and perform various services for a patient as necessary to meet the patient's personal needs and to promote comfort. As a Hospice Aide, you are responsible for observing the patient, reporting these observations, and documenting observations and care performed. Hospice of North Carolina is currently hiring PRN Compassionate Hospice Nurse Practitioners to provide patient care in and around the Murphy, NC Area!    The Hospice Nurse Practitioner provides hospice care through the evaluation and assessment of the health history, health promotion, diagnosing medical conditions, management of health problems by directing and developing the plan of care, coordinating and collaborating with patients, families and other healthcare practitioners. Under the supervision of a physician, the nurse practitioner visits patients, completes physical assessments, performs fact to face assessments and evaluates hospice eligibility as assigned in consultation with the hospice interdisciplinary team.   Hospice of North Carolina is a premier provider of end-of-life care.
